Both spirit enthusiasts and novices are invited to fill a glass with liquid sunshine and experience a breadth of the Ungava Peninsula with the United States launch of Ungava Canadian Premium Gin. Distilled in Canada near the northern frontier of Quebec, Ungava Canadian Premium Gin will arrive in the United States in May 2019, thanks to U.S. importer, Hotaling & Co. Part of Corby Spirit and Wine’s portfolio, Ungava Gin is produced from six native Nordic botanicals harvested from the Ungava Bay and boasts a naturally derived vibrant yellow hue.
Ungava Canadian Premium Gin is distilled in small batches from locally grown corn, using traditional techniques inspired by the variety of indigenous roots, berries and flowers that grow naturally on the Ungava Peninsula, it is produced with six 100% natural botanicals – Nordic Juniper, Arctic Blend, Labrador Tea, Crowberry, Wild Rose Hip and Cloudberry. Following a sustainable three-year picking cycle, the botanicals are hand-foraged and dried in the Ungava Peninsula before being slowly steeped for five weeks, to allow for natural extraction of complex flavor and color.

Featuring a rare botanical mix of Wild Rose Hips, Crowberry, Labrador Tea, Cloudberry, Arctic Blend and Nordic Juniper, Ungava Gin is distilled in small batches using traditional techniques and a unique selection of 100% natural herbs and berries indigenous to the Ungava Bay region in Canada. It offers both a distinctive color and captivating flavor that is lively, smooth, fresh and floral. On the nose, Ungava offers sweet, floral notes with bright citrus and bold juniper.
