Always Sunny

This is one of five cocktails that won the 2009 Damrak gin competition in San Francisco.

Always Sunny

Barspoon of ginger cubes                       

Juice of ½ meyer lemon                                      

Agave nectar                                                          

Yuzu juice                                                              

4 stems of tarragon                                               

½ egg white                                    

1 ½ Damrak                                                            

lemon zest garnished with a                                              

ginger cube             

Shake vigorously and serve
