The Dr. Fazi

This is one of five cocktails that won the 2009 Damrak gin competition in San Francisco.

Cosmopolitans  


The Dr. Fazi

¼ oz lemon juice                                                   

2 dashes demarara simple syrup                                   

1 oz yellow chartreuse                              

1 ½ Damrak                                                            

banana cinnamon puree                                     

¾ oz egg white                                           

shake vigorously and serve up                           

grate fresh nutmeg
